DG House

DG House is a holiday home in Thong Sala, Koh Phangan, with private kitchens and a year-round outdoor swimming pool.

Seven detached houses provide one- or two-bedroom layouts, ranging from 32 to 55 m² and sleeping two or four people. Each has a private entrance, air conditioning, a living room and a kitchen equipped for preparing meals. The bedrooms have extra-large double beds; the two-bedroom house has two such beds and two bathrooms. Private bathrooms, flat-screen TVs and terraces feature across the accommodation.

Garden views are available from most houses, while two also face the pool and mountains; another looks onto a quiet street. Outside, you can use the garden, patio, picnic area and sun loungers, and the pool is open year-round. Nai Wok Beach is 650 m away, and the houses are 1.4 km from Thong Sala centre. Free private parking is available on site, and WiFi is free in the rooms.

Garden views feature in six houses, while two also look towards the pool and mountains. The remaining 32 m² one-bedroom house has a quiet-street view. All units have a private bathroom, with two in the first 32 m² house and one in the other options. The range includes compact 32 m² houses and larger 40–55 m² options, with separate living and sleeping spaces in each layout.

Each house has a kitchen with a stovetop, microwave, refrigerator, kettle, toaster and kitchenware. Dining tables, a dining area and a sofa provide space for meals inside. Air conditioning, a fan, flat-screen televisions and cable channels are also available, while free WiFi is provided in the rooms.

Outside, the property has a garden, patio, terrace, outdoor furniture and a picnic area. Sun loungers or beach chairs and pool or beach towels are provided for time outdoors. Free private parking is available on site without a reservation. Activities offered include diving, hiking, canoeing, fishing and use of a tennis court; bicycle rental and car hire are also available. A tea and coffee maker is provided, and the accommodation has family and non-smoking rooms.

The houses stand in Thong Sala, Koh Phangan’s port town on the western side of the island. Baan Nai Wok is 350 m away, while Nai Wok Beach lies 650 m from the property and Pleayleam Beach is 900 m away. Thong Sala’s streets lead towards the pier, shops and food stalls; the centre is 1.4 km away. The night market and Phantip Market bring local food shopping into town, and Baan Nai Wok is a nearby settlement.

Most visitors reach Koh Phangan by ferry through Ko Pha-ngan Pier in Thong Sala, 1.5 km from DG House. From Koh Samui, services sail from Bangrak and Maenam, with crossings taking about 20–30 minutes; journeys from Surat Thani include a road transfer to Donsak before the sea crossing. Once in Thong Sala, shared songthaews and local taxis can take you the final stretch. The island has no airport, so the journey from Samui International Airport involves a ferry connection.

Phantip Market is 1 km away and is a stop for local food and shopping. Phaeng Waterfall is 3.2 km from DG House, while Jungle Flight Adventure Park is 5.9 km away. Diving, hiking, canoeing and fishing are among the outdoor activities available on the island. February to April is generally the driest, calmest period; June to September brings the green season and short storms, while October to December is wetter, with rougher seas on the east coast in November and December.
